No-show reservations will be charged the full trip cost plus 20% service fee. If the customer cannot locate the sedan, the customer should call (703) 582-4243 or (1866)271-9815 to avoid being billed as a no-show.
We grant a 30-minute grace period after domestic flight arrival times, 30-minutes after reported international flight arrival times. All other pick-ups receive a 15-minute grace period.
Full fare plus 20% will be charged if a cancellation occurs less than one hour before the scheduled pick-up time.
Phone is charged at $2.00 per minute/ Extra stop within zone, $10.00 per stop.
20% driver gratuity is added to the total trip cost.
Out of area jobs plus areas not listed above are charged at $2.50 per mile, plus 20% with a minimum of $110.00
Dedicated sedan service is charged at $55.00 per hour, plus 20% (minimum three hours) within the Washington Metro area.
Dedicated sedan service outside 50-mile radius is charged at $60.00 per hour plus 20%. All dedicated services are charged terminal to terminal.
There will be an additional $10.00 for the driver to meet and greet the passenger at the baggage claim located inside the terminal.
Clients are encouraged to call Limo Miles Sedan & Limousine at (703) 582-4243 or (866)271-9815 upon arrival and driver will pick up passenger at curb side with name sign attached to window.
Inclement weather and major holidays may impact price of service.
